we begin with a STARTER CULTURE OF LOCALLY-SOURCED MICROORGANISMS IN salt water TO MIMIC their natural CONDITIONs.

next, we feed them greenhouse gas and they use it to make aircarbon inside of their cells. from there, we ISOLATE aircarbon and allow it to crystallize.

after aircarbon is isolated, it is filtered, purified, and dried into a fine white powder in a gmp and iso-9001 certified facility.

once purified, aircarbon is tested for performance and quality. Aircarbon is fda food contact approved.

purified Aircarbon powder is then melted in an extruder, emerging as hot strands that are cooled in a water bath so that they can be cut into pellets.

AS PELLETS, aircarbon can be used as a replacement or augmentation for a wide range of durable and compostable materials, including to make decarbonized solid parts, fibers, and leather-like products.
